One flush and our toilet was out of comission. After having our sewer unclogged, we quickly found out that we had terracotta pipes that needed replaced. We got a number of quotes from local plumbers. Some quotes were out of this world, others, well... I wouldnt have my worst enemy use them. From the initial phone call Mario stood out to us. He was polite, something many other plumbing services don't offer. We scheduled an estimate and were impressed again! He went above and beyond during the consultation. He explained options and was willing to discuss the pros and cons along with cost. Once on the job, Mario and his crew were reliable, efficient, safe and clean. We were given an estimate of 3-4 days for the job to be completed. By the morning of the 4th day, everything was done! I am extremely happy with the quality of work that was done.
